Responsibility for Injuries and Accidents

I understand that firearms are potentially hazardous objects that can cause serious injury or death if misused.  I will assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses, or damages which might occur to me, and/or guests, while on the premises of the Linden Sportsmen Club, and to the maximum extent allowed by law.  I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Linden Sportsmen Club, it's members, Board of Directors, and agents from any liability whatsoever for injuries, losses or damages. I accept total responsibility for my actions, and I will indemnify and hold harmless, to the maximum extent allowed by law, from costs (including legal fees), injuries, damages, losses, or liability to third parties for claims asserted against Linden Sportsmen Club arising from my conduct, and/or the conduct of my family and/or guests, while on the premises of Linden Sportsmen Club.  I further certify that I am not prohibited under any federal or state law from possessing a firearm and allow the Linden Sportsmen Club Board of Directors to perform criminal background checks, at their discretion within the confines of the state law. 

I have read and fully understand the paragraph regarding liability for injuries and/or accidents.

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and will fully comply with the Linden Sportsmen Club Range Rules.

I have never been convicted of a felony, and if convicted, I have had my rights restored by a court of law.

            Regular Membership                    $90.00

            Seniors – 65 and over                   $45.00

A 3% convenience fee will be automatically added to your online payment

An email receipt will confirm your agreement with all the above statements and successful payment of membership renewal fees.
